Marinated tofu, (vegan fish sauce, cider vinegar, Soy sauce and miso) griddled and served over potato mashed with vegan ‘butter’, and spinach (Ve)
Tomato rice with green olives and roasted peppers (Ve)
Slow cooked pork with paprika and white wine sauce, served over buttery polenta
Traditional salt cod casserole, salt cod layered with potatoes, olives, onions and sliced boiled egg
Warm mackerel with butter bean, tomato & sweetcorn salad with shallots, white wine vinegar dressing, served with lemon wedge & crusty bread
