Starters

Griddled Halloumi with pomegranate molasses and rosewater ( Vg, Gf)

Lamb  borek – lamb and feta filo pastry

Flatbread with two dips, houmous and spicy tomato (Ve)

Griddled aubergine with tahini sauce ( Ve)

 

Mains

Oven roasted chicken shawarma, bulgur wheat pilav with flaked almonds and raisins, yogurt sauce with lemon, garlic and mayo.

Lamb pilav – basmati rice, tender lamb, apricots, sultanas, cumin, ginger, lemon, chickpeas and pomegranate seeds.

Turlu – roasted vegetable stew with flatbread ( Ve) ( similar in texture to   ratatouille)

Hake in a tomato and pepper sauce with mini roasted herby potatoes, peas

Vine leaves stuffed with rice, raisins, pine nuts, cooked in lemon  broth, with Turkish Shepherd’s salad (Ve)

 

Desserts 

Muhallebi – fragrant milk pudding with orange blossom water  ( Gf)

Poached pears in rose syrup (Ve, Gf) Revani – lemon syrup soaked semolina sponge cake

Chocolate cake (Ve)
